About ECG
EcoCentroGen provides project funding towards the design and construction of environmentally responsible on-site energy centres, and takes responsibility for their on-going operation and maintenance.

Company Profile
EcoCentroGen was established in 2001 and already has a strong reputation for delivering additional funding to help offset the costs of low carbon, efficient onsite energy centres, providing power, heat and cooling.
We believe that as well as being environmentally responsible, the EcoCentroGen approach should benefit all the parties involved in the development, from the site owner/developer through to the end user/occupier.

Peter Walker
Managing Director
Peter has been involved in Environmental Services for the past 20 years. During this time he worked in HVAC and was responsible for design, project management, sales and marketing. He owned a contracting business for 9 years, which he sold in 2001 to launch EcoCentroGen. Peter had the original concept of linking a financial and technical model that has, and continues to be, the cornerstone of EcoCentroGen’s business philosophy.
Mark Chadwick
Marketing Director
Mark Chadwick has been involved in the property development field for over 14 years. Originally starting in pure marketing he has been a Sales & Marketing Director for Berkeley Homes and St. George. He has an in-depth knowledge of mixed use and large residential schemes. He left St. George in 2000 to work with a private group of property investors, until leaving to assist Peter Walker develop EcoCentroGen.
Gary Margerrison
Commercial Director
Gary has a wealth of experience in project development, management and implementation. Before joining EcoCentroGen in 2003 he was with Lattice Energy Services and managed a £20m Combined Heat & Power development project. Previously to this he worked for Powergen Plc Energy Solutions and was involved in the delivery of numerous embedded energy projects. Gary combines engineering, legal and financial skills in developing EcoCentroGen projects from sales through to contract.

Financial Covenant
EcoCentroGen are funded by Vicis Capital LLP a New York based fund with over $3.7bn in net assets. Earlier this year Vicis also took a 40% equity stake in ECG which provides a strong balance sheet backing to our innovative financial model. This gives our clients the confidence that funding to support the capital contributions we make are secure and readily available.
